This client was looking for something unique and luxurious with this commission - a true balance of contrasting woods in ash and walnut, with an emphatic mid-century shape. The runner-less drawers are lined with navy moleskin and add a touch of colour to the piece. Each handle on the 3 drawers is unique and hand carved which adds a slight wabi sabi element to the otherwise structured shape.

The legs are joined with mortice and tenons and the drawer rests are dowelled. The walnut capping on the top is mitred.
